ambiguity

wanted to write this long ago, keep forgetting. Everytime i see the lottery ticket seller at Jurong pt, this thing abt moral dilema and ambiguity keeps popping into my head. Using a disabled person to sell lottery, is this a form of justification or a form of self consolation to would-be gambers? gambling by nature is often considered detrimental, so we shd not realli get involved in gambling. Here is the prob, by not gambling, we are actually denying one of the ways tat this disadvantaged personnel can earn a living, yet by patronising them, we are actually causing some form of harm. If we bought for the sake of charity, wun it be almost the same as donating? sigh.. wat a complex situation....
